There does not seem to be any way to EXPORT my family tree FROM Tribalpages TO my desktop as a GEDCOM file. All the info here is about importing gedcom files from somewhere else, another program etc TO Tribalpages. Please respond with advice. Many thanks

Click on "Edit" and that will take you to "backup/download".

As I said yesterday, go to the Dashboard/files/backup/download.

Click on backup and then "Update my Backup".

Then click on "You can download your saved tree"

The download to your computer will be a gedcom which you can upload to other sites if you wish.

yeah, all OK except I didn't realize it will not include my photos; so, although I can download the tree to another site, I cannot include all the photos I painstakingly added to TribalPages. Bummer. Would the photos be included if I bought one of their pendrives of my tree?

Oh no.... seems like a total nightmare using TP is turning out to be. I'm not going to work on my tree until there is another better available site that would allow EVERYTHING we put into TP family trees to be saved when exported.

Yes, the thumb drive will hold all your data and photos
