Bought a U.S.B. Family Tree flash drive. It seems to be difficult to follow as the headings are missing and you can't see the family tree set out as a tree. Some help needed please.

Personally I cannot help you.

I would suggest that you repeat your question in TP's Forum Technology Page. I believe fewer people open the Feature Request page that is really intended for constructive suggestions as opposed to solving members' technical problems

Are you saying that you purchased a TribalPages USB stick of your tree, or alternatively, are you saying you purchased a USB stick from elsewhere to help you build a tree?

Inserting the flash drive should automatically open the browser window and load your family tree from the flash drive. If it does not do this (probably due to security settings on your computer), open the file manager and navigate to the flash drive. Double click on the file called "index.html".

I have contacted T.B. support in connection with my newsletter that is sent to members of my family tree. Recently the format of the notification that we receive has changed. We received a notification and the latest photos ( in miniature )posted to the family tree. Now we receive a link to the latest photos and when we click on the link it takes us to the homepage where we can get to photos o.k. but don't know which photos to search for.

The question is how can we find photos just posted without having to go through 250 photos and why does T.P.Support not reply when contacted. I have tried to get them to answer over a period of 3 weeks..........and they receive a fee from me. Sam
